Employees are key to the success of our operation. All employees are treated as individuals and with respect and, in turn, are expected to act in a responsible and professional manner.
A complete insurance benefit program which includes full health, dental, vision, disability, workman’s compensation, and life insurance is provided at practically no cost to employees. Employees are required to contribute to their dependent coverage.
PERSONAL TIME OFF (PTO)
The more traditional ‘vacation’ and ‘sick leave’ is considered as a single PTO. Employees start with accumulating fifteen days PTO each year. After five years, employees begin accumulating twenty days PTO per year.
WAGES, REVIEWS AND BONUSES
Wages are paid bi-weekly. Performance and a wage review are given annually each March. In addition, the company maintains a quarterly bonus program based on performance and profits.
